When completed this summer, the 150,000 square foot building at 105 Alton Brooks Way, New Britain, CT will be the new corporate and manufacturing headquarters for Polamer Precision, Inc., under the ownership of Polamer Realty NB, LLC (collectively, “Polamer”). Polamer is a high tech specialty aerospace components manufacturer. They are in the process of relocating their corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities to CT from PA. The relocation is being financed in part by Bank of America together with additional financing support from Connecticut Innovations (CI). CEFIA and CI staff have collaborated on the overall financing package. The proposed investment is a C-PACE transaction under which CEFIA would provide construction financing in the amount of $2,502,975 to support the installation of a rooftop solar PV system.
